It's not often these days you come across a business that has exceptionally high customer service standards. From start to finish they were professional. Booking was a breeze, they turned up when they said they would and the account was emailed after the job was completed. The plumber was friendly, tidy and went so far as to explain the maintenance too. I was referred to this company and took a punt on them. I will be using them from now on for all my plumbing jobs. I was so worried when I saw the plaster going moldy on the roof of our downstairs bathroom. I had rung another plumber and they said it was likely to be an insurance job 😭... but they couldn't come this week. I then rang the team at Prime Plumbing and they sent out a team member the next day at a time that worked for me. Mike quickly identified the cause of the leak and competently explained how it had happened, so I knew this was not the disaster I thought it was. He then got to work and in 10mins the problem was solved!!!! Just waiting on the plasters to fix the jib that was damaged from the leak. Mike's skilled approach has taken a weight off my mind. Definitely recommended.
